Succeed in Med School with AMA Survey

 

The American Medical Association (AMA) organized an activity during orientation week at Ponce Health Sciences University called “Succeed in Med School with AMA."  A student from each year in the MD program provides the upcoming MD and MSMS students with advice of how they survived the first year of Med School successfully. This survey below is a part of the activity.  With this survey, we give MSI a guide of how most of the previously first year med school students at PHSU studied for the tests/SHELFs.  All of the resources listed are good, but as you may know, time is of the essence and some of the books are too long.  Every one has a different study preference - you will find some books easier to read than others.  Make sure you know which ones are most helpful for your preference and stick to your plan.  It’s helpess and inefficient timely-wise to book-hop. You will loose a lot of time and end up more confused.
